A range of annual Service Contracts is available for electrical/electronic equipment marketed by Olympus KeyMed, including Olympus video-endoscopy, Aloka ultrasound equipment and ancillary items.

For electro-medical equipment other than ultrasound machines, two contract types are available, Standard and Comprehensive.  The Standard Contract includes all labour and travel costs for both preventative maintenance visits and service/breakdown calls, whereas the Comprehensive Contract also includes all parts (except consumables).

For ultrasound equipment, three contract types are offered, Standard, Comprehensive and Total Protection Plan.  The Standard Contract includes all labour and travel costs for both preventative maintenance visits and service/breakdown calls and the Comprehensive Contract also includes all parts and software upgrades (except consumables).  The Total Protection Plan has the additional benefits of and ’uptime’ guarantee and cover for probes and peripheral devices.  Ultrasound probes may also be covered by individual Comprehensive Contracts.
