Olympus endoscopes registered under the Olympus KeyMed ’Gold Card’ Service Contract Scheme may be returned for service or repair as many times as you like during the contract period.
The carrying cases of endoscopes within a service contract are identified with a gold swipe card, allowing both users and Olympus KeyMed staff to recognise immediately if the instrument is covered.
Quoting the device serial number to our Service Help Desk will allow instant access to the instrument’s repair history and identify that it is covered by Service Contract. Upon receipt it will be processed and returned in the shortest possible time, without the need for further authorisation.
Even the transportation charges are included in the Service Contract – simply call our nominated courier to arrange for overnight delivery to KeyMed.
