LESS – Laparo-Endoscopic Single-Site – surgery is the latest advancement in minimally invasive surgery. Laparoscopic surgery can now be performed through one small umbilical incision, providing a near scarless approach for a wide range of procedures in General Surgery, Urology and Gynaecology.

LESS surgery is made possible using the unique TriPort and Quadport access devices which allow simultaneous introduction of multiple instruments.

5mm LESS EndoEYE video-laparoscopes provide excellent visualisation and help to avoid instrument clashing.  Specialised curved HiQ+ LESS instruments allow internal triangulation and mimic traditional laparoscopy. The combination of Triport and Quadport provides a unique platform for surgery through a single port.
