The Olympus EVIS LUCERA SPECTRUM video system has set a new standard for endoscopic imaging, offering outstanding image quality, designed to meet the 1080i High-Definition Television (HDTV) standard, with four times the resolution of traditional systems.  In addition, two special light observation modes, Narrow Band Imaging (NBI) and Auto Fluorescence Imaging (AFI), improve the detection of subtle lesions.
